Meet Pastor Steve
Our minister is the Rev. Stephen Swecker, a retired member of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. In retirement, Pastor Steve has served Waverly UMC part-time since 2021. Most of his widely-travelled ministry has been in religious publishing and college teaching of ethics and world religions. He also has served United Methodist and Congregational churches in New England, California, and parts in between!
